Ok guys! It is time to register for the next challenge!!! And the rules are CHANGING!!!
3 workouts a week at least 45 minutes each WITH a selfie posted
Weekly weigh in and pics on Fridays. Pics should include at a minimum front, side, back view with tummy showing and pic of the scale. Get comfortable being UNCOMFORTABLE!
Meal prep in some form weekly for your body's NEEDS and not only for CONVENIENCE. The point is "fail to plan, plan to fail". Consistency and planning are the best way to reach your goals.

If you normally don't take a REST DAY...TOU MUST REST AT LEAST ONE DAY WEEKLY. I am going to adopt this strategy myself.
A screenshot of your macros posted at the end of each day Monday-Friday. Be mindful on the weekends but use this as a mental break.
Feel free to post more than this and add items that could be beneficial to others.
